  6.          This Shareware version of PropMan is a functioning property management
  7.     system. You may give complete unmodified copies to anyone you wish with the
  8.     following conditions 1) you may not charge for the programs and 2) you may
  9.     not add, change or remove any files on the disks.

  11.         The Shareware PropMan will do property management accounting and record
  12.     keeping for individual owners with up to 50 rental units. There are also
  13.     other versions with additional features for larger owners and management
  14.     companies. For more information on any of these call or write PropMan.

  16.         The file REGISTER.DOC is an order form for a registered copy of
  17.     PropMan. The file INSTALL.DOC contains PropMan installation instructions
  18.     and some other information to help you get started. Disks 1 and 2 are
  19.     the PropMan software. Disk 3 is documentation and a self-running demo.
